1A- Minority Member - $399.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Minority Members are majority owners of ground transportation companies who belong to one of the following minority categories:
-African-American
-Asian-American
-Asian-Pacific American
-Hispanic-American
-Native-American/Inuit
-Woman-Owned
- Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender

To obtain Minority Membership, your application must be accompanied by proof of:
1) 51% ownership of your company from your Secretary of State
2) Proof of minority status (Copy of birth certificate or passport)
3) Insurance certificate

If currently a "Certified Minority" will only need
1) Minority Certification
2) Proof of insurance

Minority Members hold voting rights for MLOA organizational issues and are encouraged to apply for certification through state and federal government agencies.

Applications may take up to 30 days to approve after receipt of documentation.

This category affords all voting privileges on association business matters

2-Non-Minority Member - $650.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Ground transportation company owners who do not meet the requirements of a Minority owned company may apply and are recommended for membership by the MLOA Board of Directors.

Must submit:
1) Proof of ownership
2) Insurance Certificate

This category does not afford voting privileges.

3-Manufacturer/Supplier Member - $1,000.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Manufacturer/Supplier Members are: vendors, dealers, ancillary services, coach builders, and livery networks whose services are related to the passenger transportation industry.

Trade members must be approved by the MLOA Board of Directors.

Affiliate Membership - $650.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Business owners who do not meet the requirements of a Minority owned company may apply and are recommended for membership by the MLOA Board of Directors.
